SUMMARY:LH - Weekend Rooftop Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Close out the last few weekends of Summer practicing yoga on the sun deck.  Enjoy the panoramic views and fresh air as we flow through organic movements accented by mindful alignment.  Appropriate for all levels\, and more advanced students will have plenty of options to keep you challenged.  Free-form dynamic sequences balance the strength and flexibility.  \n\n\n\n***Mask-wearing is optional\, but encouraged for practice.*** \n\n\n\n***If it is too cold\, we will hold classes in the Observatory.*** \n\n\n\nWhere:  50 Regent\, Sun Deck and Observatory (11th Floor) \n\n\n\n Cost:  $18 per person (Venmo @SimhaYogaLab) \n\n\n\n Preregistration required because of limited capacity for social distancing.  No walk-in’s. \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nHow to register:  Email StevenChengYoga@gmail.com to register for class.  On the Subject Line of the email\, indicate your full name\, the date and time of request.  Your spot will be confirmed by return reply.  Please register early to ensure your spot.  You will need to sign a waiver at the entrance. \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nBring:  Yoga mat\, Water\, Towel\, Sunscreen\, Mask \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nNote:  Classes are all streamed live on Instagram and Facebook\, and then uploaded to YouTube for online access.  If you are unable to obtain a spot for the live class on the sun deck\, you have these other options to join us.  You may also visit the platforms anytime to practice at $10 per view.  Go to www.simhayoga.com for the links and details. \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nSteven Cheng is an experienced yoga teacher whose signature is mixing classical yoga postures with modern interpretations.
